BERLIN- The rise of hackers attack to a number of leading companies and institutions in various countries addressed seriously. Germany for example, launched a cyber security center to combat potential security threats to critical network infrastructure in the country on Thursday (06/16/2011).
"Protecting critical infrastructure is a core cyber security. We are fully aware that the threat to attack these systems continues to rise," said Hans-Peter Friedrich time Nationales Cyber-Abwehrzentrum it official in Bonn.
Cyber threat response center is operated 10 cross-agency security expert who works 24 hours. They coordinate with police, military, intelligence agencies, and institutions.
Germany is a country with Europe's largest pereknomian level is not the only country worried about the threat of cyberspace. U.S. superpower, in 2009, also established the Cyber Command. NATO has also been put into one of the cyber security defense priorities.
Hacker attacks to various web sites plagued in recent months. No less than reputable institutions who are victims of, among others, the IMF, the U.S. Senate, Sony, Nintendo, and even the U.S. intelligence agency CIA.
