Children under the age of 13 are prohibited from having a Facebook account. These are rules. But the world is far from an idealconcept. Now there are 7.5 million adolescents under the age of 13years using social networking.

The inventor of Facebook, MarkZuckerberg even say that that number will be more and it explode. Zuckerberg said at the Foundation of the New Schools Venture in Burlingame, California that he would not forbid children to enter thesite. Technically, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) prohibits sites that collect data from anywhere to be opened by children less than 13 years. It is still not effective. Zuckerberg insisted as long as Facebook is used for educational purposes is allowed for children. "We have to see it from different sides. My philosophy of education is needed from a very early age." told CNNMoney. According to Zuckerberg, Facebook is actually the beginning ofthe study was not to create a site that can be opened freely bysmall children and make them not open it. "Because of these limitations, we have not started the process of teaching. If they do to discuss these limits, then we'll learn it. We will take reasonable precautions to ensure more children are safe." he said.
