Big challenge is revealed that Ericsson & Clearwire Open Cheap Wireless Service

Clearwire Corp. (CLWR.O) has selected Ericsson (ERICb.ST), to take over the management of high-speed wireless networks, in order to save the cost of the service provider.

The agreement the two companies agreed on Wednesday (18 / 5), and bind them in the contract for seven years. The agreement also occur between Ericsson with Sprint Nextel (SN). Later relations Sprint and Clearwire are getting close.


Under the agreement, Ericsson will be as many as 700 employees work at Clearwire. Both companies are bound by the agreement with Ericsson will work to expand the network of the phone, at low cost. Mentioned Clearwire will cut costs up to U.S. $ 70 million, in order to provide low-cost services in the wireless business.

Clearwire also allow its use Sprint's wireless towers, to expand the service. Such cooperation has raised the stock Clearwire and Sprint in New York's Nasdaq stock market on Thursday (19 / 5).
