Fastest Intel processors, Core i7 3960X,, still can be quicker and higher

The maximum speed obtained by the Core i7 3960X is not the fastest, before there is an overclocker, Andre Yang, had increased AMD FX-8150 from the standard speed of 3.6 GHz to 8.58 GHz. But both claimed different methods.
