128GB , 256GB and 512GB're provided by Plextor SSD M3S
Plextor's latest SSD plans will be available in late November, where M3S a 128GB SSD, 256GB and 512GB respectively priced at $ 199, $ 349.99 and $ 699.99.
Plextor announced a new series of solid state drives M3S-sized 2.5-inch True Speed technology. SSD utilizes the SATA III 6Gbps interface, but it M3S also use server-grade Marvell controller and Toshiba 24nm NAND flash. These SSDs are available in a choice of capacities 128GB, 256GB and 512GB.
M3S Plextor firmware features exclusive to True Speed technology, including technology from Plextor is Bad Block Management, Global Wear Leveling and Instant Restore that optimize performance. The device offers speeds up to 525MB / s read and 445MB / s for write speed and the speed of random read / write IOPS up to 70,000 / 65,000 that also supported the TRIM command.
