RESPONDING to the user response, Google provides a space called by What's new in Google +.
update! update! and update for Google+, don't you?
Space placed on Google + center was dedicated to showcasing the various updates in the form of a list of release notes for the Google project +.
These updates are smaller than a traditional blog posts Google. However, it's longer than most of the Help Center pages.
Currently a video explaining the update feature is scattered on YouTube and linked with a link to Google +.
