Webian Shell is truly as Mozilla's New Browser Concept

MOZILLA Labs introduces the concept of the new browser, known as Webian Shell. The project is to follow Google's Chrome the OS output. The operating system that puts primary importance on the experience of web-based, rather than the traditional desktop environment.

The idea of the project''Webian Shell is replacing a simple computer interface to the web application class,''wrote Ben Francis on the Mozilla Labs blog electronista.com quoted as saying on Monday (6 / 6).

Although Chrome OS serves as a replacement for traditional desktop OS, developer of the project Webian Shell shows that the software can function as a fullscreen browser.

Shell Webian mimic the current smart phone platforms. Equipped control hardware that can monitor the sound information, GPS, battery and network.

Shell Webian prototype is built on Mozilla Chromeless, and can be downloaded at Mozilla Labs.
