Home Location Register (HLR) is a database center that contains the details of each mobile phone subscribers are authorized to use the GSM core network. HLR stores details of every SIM car dissued by mobile phone operators. Each SIM has a unique identifier called an IMSI is the key to each HLR record.

HLR Lookup this can only detect no hp following mobile operators. To use it to simply enter the phone number into the text box provided then click the Search button, it will be detected location of the phone number complete with a map.
